CSUN student. 2 BD/1.5 BA. Roommate wanted! in Chatsworth, California For Sale

I am a female CSUN student looking for a responsible roommate ready to move in on or before March 1st. Preferably (but not mandatory) another female CSUN that is easy going, clean/tidy, and drama free, who doesn't smoke (cigarettes) inside the apartment. Located just 4 miles from the CSUN campus, 2.4 miles from the Northridge Fashion Center, and 5 miles from the Topanga Mall. I live in a 2 bedroom apt and I need someone to move into the other room. The available room also has a private 1/2 bathroom along with extra storage. The apartment is very spacious and fully furnished (you're welcome to bring furniture if you like to add anything to the common areas (kitchen & living room). It is in close proximity to Chatsworth High School. However, the building is quiet. Neighbors are very pleasant. There's an on site laundry room, pool, and outdoor patio (for those who smoke). The rent is $xxxx split between the both of us. We also have a cable/internet bill and the electricity bill comes every other month. Water & sewage is taken care of.
